Meet Natalie Bradshaw
M.S., CCC-SLP, M.S.W., SWC
Hi! I’m Natalie :) and I’m an ADHD/Autism and cognitive specialist. I’ve spent the last decade passionately dedicated to working with neurodiverse individuals and their loved ones. My approach is rooted in providing neuro-affirming supports, ensuring that each individual feels understood and empowered on their unique journey.
Partnering with teens, adults, and families in Fort Collins, Loveland, and Northern Colorado.
We’ll work together to better understand ADHD, Autism, and cognitive changes, and create customized support to manage symptoms, overcome obstacles, and build a life you don’t have to manage.
What to expect
Most people I work with are carrying more than one thing at a time. I see you, and want to give you the broadest welcome.

Psychotherapy provides a supportive, collaborative space to better understand yourself and the broader aspects that impact your cognitive functioning. Areas addressed may include anxiety and depression, processing grief, exploring identity and meaning, and engaging in deep trauma healing.
Modalities are person-centered may include CBT, DBT, SFT, ACT, and other evidence-based approaches.
Together, we'll deepen self-understanding, heal relationships, and help you move toward a life that feels aligned with your values.
Finding your way back to yourself - your way
“Natalie helped me understand my brain instead of fighting it. I learned strategies, but I'm also more patient with myself, more connected with my family, and I don't feel like I'm failing every day anymore.”
— Anonymous"Natalie’s support has been invaluable. My son hit middle school and suddenly parenting became exhausting. She helped me find support for myself and now I can show up better for him."
— Anonymous“Natalie helped me to stop measuring my days by what I couldn't do. Instead she helped me to recognize what is possible within my capacity, without minimizing the challenges or being overly positive.”

Here is what makes our work different
I work where the gaps are.
Brain fog is a symptom that often slips through the cracks of different specialties within the healthcare system. However, it has huge impacts on our quality of life. This is why I chose this as my specialty. ADHD in women, the mental health impact of perimenopause, and the emotional weight of complex illness are all areas that are chronically underserved. The training I have sought out and the clients I work with reflect that deliberately, not incidentally.I have unique and specialized cross-training
My cognitive therapy experience focuses on the neural substrates of cognition, communication, and how this interfaces with complex and multi-system chronic disorders. Additionally, my social work training has empowered me to understand the impacts of mental health, trauma, relationships, and identity on how we experience changes in functioning. These knowledge bases inform my services.
Therapy is built around your actual capacity.
Not an idealized version of what you could manage if everything else in your life were simpler. Sessions are practical and collaborative, and paced to where you actually are.Effort was never the problem.
The people who find their way to this practice have usually already been trying harder for years. I work from an understanding of how neurology, hormones, and chronic stress shape the nervous system — not from an assumption that the right mindset would have fixed this.

No. Many people I work with are in the process of being evaluated, or have been navigating these experiences for years without a formal diagnosis. If what you've read here resonates, that's enough to reach out.
-
It's a 30-minute conversation. We talk about what brought you here, what you're hoping for, and what has and hasn't worked before. You don't need to arrive with a clear goal or a tidy explanation.

Starting therapy does not require having everything figured out.
Most people who reach out know something needs to change. That is more than enough to start.
