Executive Functioning Therapy
ADHD-coaching-style strategy implementation within a therapeutic frame
An adjunctive service for clients who want to stay with their current mental health therapist but need additional supports moving from knowing to doing.

Someone who wants hands on strategy work as well as deeper healing.
If you feel like you have insight into your challenges but struggle with follow-through and/or implementation, this is for you.

Our sessions will be built around your own stuck tasks and barriers (not worksheets - yuck!). We will actually work on getting what you need to get done, done (the call, the bills, the meal plan). We’ll also process and make space for the other stuff that comes up while we work on the strategies, things like anxiety, shame, perfectionism, identity changes, and relational impacts. During our work together, we’ll work on fading supports and getting you feeling confident on your own.

Anything to do with executive functioning, so things like task initiation, time management, planning, prioritization, organization, phone calls, appointments, decision-making, attention management, and even academic skills.
